Incline Smith- 10-70kg 6-80kg 5-80kg 10-70kg

Rope Pull Down- 10-50kg 10-50kg 10-50kg
Should have eaten a bit earlier before training so It was very hard so I need to either lower the weights a bit or make sure I'm eating at least a hour before I train.
